Terms and Conditions of Use for Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione

The website Lactation Academy Science and Relationship (accademiallattamento.it) is owned by Chiara Toti IBCLC, Via Valpinzana 33, Cerreto Guidi (FI), VAT No.: 04861740480.

All content s are the intellectual property of Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione, they may not be reproduced or disseminated without explicit written consent, and the only permit ted use is the fruition of the course by the customer after purchase. Videos download or copy with any means is strictly prohibited.

The following conditions applies to the purchase and use of online courses from www.accademiallattamento.it website. The conditions for the purchase and use of in – person or synchronous online courses are governed by specific, individually tailored contracts.

PURCHASE and FRUITION.

Each online course ha a n open access page that includes title, name and author information, brief description (abstract) of content, lesson structure, and price ( including vat ) .

It is necessary to register on the website and to create an account in order to make purchases from accademiallattamento.it. In the personal panel of your account you will be able to manage your data, find the purchased courses for as long as they are available for fruition (30 days after purchase), and the obtained certificates.

Access to the purchased courses is possible from within the personal panel. The courses must be completed in all their parts, including taking and passing the final test, in order to obtain the certificate of attendance, and for courses for which it is provided, the CERPs certificate. Use of the course is possible for 30 days after purchase, after which it will remain possible only to download the previously obtained certificate.

Access to the personal panel and the use of the courses are strictly personal, and access credentials must not be shared with third parties, un der penalty of immediate suspension from access. In this case there will be no refund, even partial, of the purchase cost.

PAYMENT and BILLING.

Payment for the course is possible by credit card via Stripe. Payment details are not accessible to Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione, but will be handled solely by the Payment Service Manager Stripe .

Following a successful payment, confirmation of the order will be immediately sent by email, and subsequently an electronic invoice will be sent through the SDI. Invoicing of the course is done “ to the end user ” , therefore without indication of VAT details of the customer. If you require a BtoB invoice, please contact us by email at info@accademiallattamento.it prior to purchase to communicate the necessary data and receive the correct proforma invoice, which includes payment of withholding tax. Once the proof of withholding tax payment received, the final invoice for the order will be issued, and the course activated.

The customer is the sole responsible for promptly updating the data in his/her profile and keep the billing information up – to – date , or invoices following the change may not be current and correct.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

The right of cancellation of the order can be exercised within 14 days by sending an email to info@accademiallattamento.it, only if you have not accessed the sections of the course following the introduction. Access to the content sections is registered at the click of the completion button for each section of the course, and by completing the introductory part of the course the user contextually accepts the waiver of the right of cancellation , as explicitly stated on the same page (DL 206 of 2005, Codice di consumo art. 59, letter O).

PERSONAL DATA.

The personal data acquired through registration will be used in accordance with the law to provide the requested service, for administrative communications regarding the purchased service, for tax compliance, and for sending information about the activitie s of Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione , this last only whe n explicitly authorized by the customer.

Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione is not responsible for any liability arising from

  • the issuance of erroneous data and tax documents and any obligation and/or burden of direct and indirect ascertainment and control in this regard,
  • the customers themselves are solely responsible for correct entry of data.

The data will be stored on the web site (hosted by Aruba, in Europe), and on offline as we ll as online storage ( Dropbox ); they will not be given to third parties for commercial or other purposes under any circumstances. Collaborators of Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione (Micaela Notarangelo; web developer ; tax consultant) may have occasional access to the data for service reasons.

DURATA DEL CONTRATTO

This contract will be valid indefinitely. The user has the right to request deletion of his/her account at any time by sending notice to info@accademiallattamento.it. Closing the account will result in the deletion of the services purchased by the user and all related data. Personal data required for billing purposes will be retained for the period required by law (10 years from the time the invoice is issued).

Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione reserves the right to terminate the user’s account if the user has violated these terms and conditions of use, provided untrue information, violated the intellectual property and copyright rights of Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione
