The website Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione (www.accademiallattamento.it) collects personal and identifying data only in the following cases:

  • via the “contacts” form when you request information.
  • through registration on the platform for purchasing and using courses.

In addition to the explicitly requested data, data regarding IP, browser used etc. may also be recorded in these cases , which are used only for the registration and management of the provided data Users who fill out the form or register for the platform are required to explicitly agree to the processing of their data as described in this document.
Accademia Allattamento Scienza e Relazione does not collect sensitive data.

Rights of the data subject

As per GDPR 2016/679, the data subject can request access, rectification, deletion and forgetting of their data. Ha inoltre diritto a revocare o limitare le modalità di trattamento e alla portabilità dei propri dati. Purpose of data processing:

Data retention:

Data are stored on the site server (provider Aruba.it) located within the EU, for a period not exceeding 12 months, in an offline database of Micaela Notarangelo, with backup on Google Drive (GDPR – compliant paid service, which stores data in the European Union). If a training contract is formalized, the data will be retained, in accordance with the law, for the time required by tax regulations.
